Rutledge Nash & Associates was born in the wake of seeming disaster. The entertainment industry as we knew it had been set on it's ear. While the old guard clung firmly to the belief that things would return to "normal", the implosion of the industry told another story.  There was no longer any industry standard; dynamic guidance would have to replace one-size-fits-all management. In this constantly changing business environment it was clear: only the innovator would survive.
